​​Caritas Revolution finds its roots in a life changing realization made by our founder, David, during his volunteer work with a number of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) around the world. From West Africa to Eastern Europe, David encountered passionate local charities that impacted many lives, but lacked the resources to carry out their work. Witnessing this lack of support that small charities faced, David became determined to bridge the gap and empower these organizations with the tools they needed to thrive. 

 

Partnering with a longtime friend and colleague from the banking world, Jan, David began working to bring his vision to life: an organization that connects everyday people invested in making a difference with small charities globally who need your help. Using their background in banking and financial security, David and Jan were committed to creating a platform that offered full financial transparency as a commitment to every single donation. Our mission is to be the bridge between everyday people and local heroes around the world.

 

Together, David and Jan embarked on a transformative journey, driven by a shared belief in the power of collective action. And soon enough, Caritas Revolution was born.

 

We were fortunate to expand our reach to Romania, Senegal, and Afghanistan, meeting incredible individuals who shared our vision along the way. We encountered unique challenges and opportunities in each country, and had to learn to pivot along with political conflict in these regions over the years. We are now focused on expanding our partnerships in Burkina Faso and Colombia. 

 

Our vision extends beyond borders and aims to unite people from all walks of life. We believe in creating a world where compassion and progress work together to create change that lasts. We envision a future where both companies and individuals have the opportunity to support small charities through Caritas Revolution and even larger transformative initiatives in each community.
